The Ballroom
The Ballroom was once used for hunt balls and retains all the original character, including a solid oak floor. It is found on the top floor of the original threshing barn. There is a large open fireplace in the lounge and French doors open from the dining hall to a private patio and fields beyond. It sleeps four, in one double and one adult bunk room.

| “It was so kind of you to let us use the facilities of the Ballroom as our base for our recent Exmoor holiday. The location of Cutthorne was incredibly beautiful and the memories will cheer me for many a day.” |

The Shippon
The Shippon was formerly a cowshed and is approached from the cobbled yard by a rustic stone staircase. Entrance is through a stable door to an oak fitted kitchen and cottage style lounge/diner with picture window onto the ornamental duck pond. The ceilings are heavily beamed and enhance the cleverly designed sleeping area, divided to provide one double and one twin bedroom.
